AMBASSADOR

Jasmine grew up playing grassroots at Surrey FC from U6 to U18. Jasmine’s tremendous success on and off the field is a testament to the character and life success girls can achieve through sport.

Jasmine recently named one of Canada’s top 100 most powerful women in 2020, has made our community proud on and off the pitch, through her play, academics, community work, and human spirit.

Jasmine has represented Canada as a player in our women’s national program, and most recently started a coaching job with the Canadian Women’s National team!

We are so proud to announce Jasmine Mander as our Premier SFC SHE CAN Ambassador!

Mark Jones announced as Co-Head Coach for the 2009 Boys BCSPL Program

Surrey FC is excited to announce the appointment of Co-Head
Coach, Mark Jones who will be coaching alongside Technical Director, Paul Bahia
for our 2009 intake BCSPL boys’ team. Mark Jones, a Canadian Soccer National B-Licensed coach, brings a wealth of experience as a coach, player, and proud parent of four children to Surrey Football Club.

Amar Mander
Fair play Reward Recipient

A proud day for SFC as Amar Mander received the Clarke’s Fair Play award from BC Soccer as the Head Coach of the U15 Surrey Selects.

Congratulations Amar, thank-you for exemplifying the values we hold close and for being a great role model in the community.

PEGASUS WOMEN’S TEAM CLAIMS 2ND PLACE AT THE 2018 PROVINCIAL CUP

As a club, we are extremely proud of our team, who placed 2nd in the Provincial B Cup. It was a very close game that extended to penalty kicks.  Congratulations to all the players and coaches on their hard work, dedication, and success.

SPORTSMAN OF THE YEAR

Javid Khan is the winner of the 2017 Sportsone Sportsman of the Year Award.  The annual award recognizes the achievements and popularity of athletes from Fijian background.  The winners are chosen by online voting and by Sportone football panel.  Congratulations to Javid, well-deserved recognition of his achievements!

2021 National Championships

SFC is proud to announce the joint hosting of the Toyota National Championships to be held in October 2021.

Standard 1 Achieved

SFC is pleased to announce the achievement of Standard 1 in the BC Soccer’s Club Charter Program.  The Club Charter assesses and promotes best practices for club governance, administration and technical programming.

JASMIN DHANDA
PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Congratulations to our very own Jasmin Dhanda for her selection as the 2017 Canada West Women’s Player of the Year.  Playing with UBC Thunderbirds, she scored 14 goals this season and has been named an all-star for the past two seasons.
