The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on July 6 at 6:00pm PST.

The AGM will be conducted at Newton Athletic Park. Members who wish to attend must register prior to June 29th, 5:00pm PST.

Nominations for positions on the Board must be made in writing 15 days prior to Annual
