Adaptive Soccer

The SFC Adaptive Program opens up the game of soccer to any boy or girl who does not have the opportunity to participate in organized soccer.  The coaches are trained by Special Olympics BC.

Why do we need an Adaptive Program?  So that every kid can know the rewards of playing on a team.  It brings a sense of accomplishment and sheer joy to the kids who otherwise would have to sit on the sidelines.  In the program, everyone comes away a winner!

  • Quality instruction with caring and trained coaches

  • Skills development

  • Great outdoor exercise

  • Safe non-competitive environment

SFC’s Adaptive Soccer Program is designed for children with developmental disabilities with the support of Special Olympics BC.  Children are grouped based on their ability, not by age.
