All players and goalkeepers from U6 to U12 will be split by age groups/skill level.
Players will work on technical skills, physical literacy (SAQ), Tactical and Mental literacy through small sided game play & Individual player development in a technical staff lead environment.
Players are to wear long sleeve blue/ short sleeve white warm up tops
Curriculum and Session plans are created by Technical
Director Paul Bahia, and delivered by the Surrey FC Technical Team.
Benefits: The players are the focus of this program, not the teams, or team results. Player first training, focusing on the individual skills of each player that is irrelevant to their level they play.
